1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item for a refund or exchange if the following conditions are met:
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice).
  • Certain items, such as personalized products, clearance items, or items marked as “final sale,” may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or clearance restrictions. These include but are not limited to:
  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear.
  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Products with damaged packaging (unless they arrived in a damaged condition).
  • Perishable items (e.g., food-related products).
Please note that refunds will not be granted for non-returnable items, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
 

3. Defective or Damaged Products

  2. Wait for Authorization: Once we receive your return request, our customer service team will review your request and provide return authorization instructions if the item is eligible for return.
  3. Prepare the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase.
  4. Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that all returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the product was defective or damaged.
 

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return request as described above. Once the original item has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we may offer you a refund or store credit.

8. International Returns

For customers outside of Sri Lanka, the return process may take longer due to international shipping times. Please be aware that international return shipping costs and customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
